Hey everyone today I am going to be sharing with you one of my favorite ab workouts. This workout really works your core and your core is what you want to be the strongest so it can support the rest of your body. All the reference pictures I got off of google
- 15 V-Ups:
This challenges your abs, back , and flexibility.
2. 40 Russian Twists:
Russian twists target your outer abs. These muscles help to take the pressure off of your abdomen and lower back.
3. 20 Ab Sprinters:
These mainly work your upper abs, your “rectus abdominus” which are the highest set of ab muscles you have.
4. 20 Leg Lifts:
This exercise is to work only your ab muscles. It is a beginner to intermediate exercise.
5. 40 Bicycle Crunches:
Bicycle crunches, like ab sprinters, work your upper abs.
6. 90sec Push-up Position Plank:
This works all of your ab muscles, your shoulders, and your quads. It is also a exercise good for stability and balance.
